$7 Weekly Sacrificial Pledge

May 5, 2024 through November 3, 2024

$1.00 per day for 182 Days

Roughly 10 years ago, the Holy Spirit shared wiht me a vision for a hundered day pledge, with the promise that the church would be blessed beyond measure.  And, I must say He kept His promise.  The endeavors we have accomplished without ever borrowing from any financial institution, selling a dinner or car raffle, are truly a blessing from God.  As John said in Revelation 14:12, "This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus".

I believe in my spirit, that the same God that blessed us before, will do it again.  So once again, we are calling on you  to sacrifice through prayer and faith.  Jesus said in Matthew 19:26, "...With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible".

We are asking you to pledge $7 extra per week, that is a $1 per day, sacrificially for 26 weeks (182 days) and the watch the Lord pour out His blessings.  Young people just do your best and you will be blessed.  Paul said, "Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudginly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver". God bless each and everyon e of you for your sacrifice.

Thank you! Pastor Huner and the Executive Board

Repairs: Replace the aging carpet, entire roof, chairs and update our church sign with an LED electric sign.

Look at what your prayers and faith have done for Morning Star Baptist Church. Thank you Jesus!  As we continue to update and make repairs to the church, we will provide you with pictures.

"Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build my house, so that I may take pleasure".  Haggai 1:8
